Public vs. Private
- Public Profile: Your profile URL (e.g.,
sjesora.com/candidate/profile/123) can be shared with anyone. This is great for sharing your Sjesora resume on LinkedIn or via email. - Recruiter Only: Only verified recruiters on the platform can search for and view your details.
- Private: Your profile is hidden from search results entirely. You can still apply to jobs, but recruiters cannot find you voluntarily.
Data Privacy
We respect your data.
- Your Resume: Your uploaded resumes are only shared with companies when you explicitly apply to a job or if you make your profile public.
- Contact Info: Your email and phone number are revealed to recruiters only after you accept a connection request or interview invite.
