How to Delete
- Navigate to Settings > Delete Account.
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
- Read the warning carefully.
- Click "Delete My Account".
What Happens Next?
When you confirm deletion, the following occurs immediately:
- Deactivation: You are logged out of all devices, and your account becomes inactive.
- 30-Day Grace Period: Your data is not removed instantly. Instead, it is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days.
- Restoration: If you change your mind within this 30-day window, simply log back in to reactivate your account and stop the deletion process.
Permanent Data Removal
If you do not log in during the grace period, your account and all associated data (including your profile, resume, and application history) will be permanently erased from our servers. This action is irreversible.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically refund unused credits or active subscriptions. Please contact support before deleting if you have billing questions.
