The Market Openings board is your gateway to new opportunities. Access it by clicking "Find Jobs" on your dashboard or navigating to /market-openings.
1. Select a Skillset
Before searching, you must select a Skillset from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Frontend Dev", "Project Manager").
- Why? Sjesora uses the resume attached to your selected skillset to calculate your Match Score.
- Tip: Switching skillsets will update the match scores for every job on the board!
2. Using Filters
On the left sidebar, you can refine results by:
- Job Role: Select specific titles (e.g., "Frontend Developer").
- Location: Filter by remote, on-site, or specific cities.
- Experience: Narrow down by years of experience required.
- Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, or Internship.
Smart Search
Use the search bar at the top to find keywords in job descriptions. Our search looks for:
- Company names.
- Specific technologies (e.g., "React", "Python").
- Job titles.
Understanding Job Cards
Each job card displays:
- Match Score: A percentage showing how well your profile matches the requirements.
- Posted Date: How fresh the listing is.
- Key Skills: The top 3 skills required for the role.
