One-Time Services are standalone projects where our experts complete a specific task for you. Unlike interactive sessions, these services are focused on producing a final deliverable (such as a document, report, or analysis) based on your provided information.
Service Overview
Each one-time service is a fixed-scope project that includes:
- Expert Assignment: A qualified professional is assigned to handle your request.
- Clear Deliverables: Specific files or reports you will receive upon completion.
- Offline Processing: The work happens asynchronously; you do not need to be present on a call.
How to Purchase
- Navigate to the Pricing page or the Browse Catalog tab in your Dashboard.
- Review the available services to find the one that matches your needs.
- Click "Get Started" to purchase the service securely.
Tracking & Receiving Results
Once purchased, the service is added to your account queue.
1. Assignment Phase
The service will initially showing as "Awaiting Assignment" or "Pending" in your My Services list. During this time, we are matching your request with the most suitable domain expert.
2. Processing Phase
Once an expert reserves your task, the status changes to "In Progress". They may begin reviewing your profile or drafting your documents.
- Note: If the expert requires additional details from you, they will contact you via your dashboard or registered email.
3. Completion & Download
When the work is finished, you will receive a specific notification. To access your deliverables:
- Go to Subscriptions > My Services.
- Click on the specific service card to view its full details.
- Scroll to the Attachments or Deliverables section.
- Download your completed files (e.g., reports, documents, or analysis summaries).
