Unlike a general scan, this analysis looks at the synergy between your profile and a specific role:
- Skills Match: Direct comparison of tech stacks and mandatory skills.
- Experience Match: Evaluates if your career progression and years of experience align with the job requirements.
- Soft Skills & Certifications: Scans for secondary requirements like leadership, communication, and specific industry certifications.
- Actionable Suggestions: Provides a list of exact phrases or keywords to add to your resume to increase your match percentage.
How to Use It
- Navigate to Job Match Analysis.
- Upload Resume: Choose the resume draft you want to test.
- Paste Job Description: Copy the full text of the job post (Roles, Responsibilities, and Requirements).
- Click "Analyze Job Match".
Understanding the Match Score
- 80% - 100% (High): You are a strong candidate. Focus on minor keyword additions.
- 60% - 79% (Good): You have the core skills but may need to highlight specific experiences mentioned in the JD.
- Below 60% (Low): Your resume is likely missing significant keywords or experience levels required for this specific role.
