At Sjesora, we use a unique concept called Skillsets to help you tailor your profile for different roles. Instead of one generic profile, you can create multiple Skillsets (e.g., "Frontend Developer", "UX Designer") and attach a specific resume to each.
What is a Skillset?
A Skillset is a container for:
- Primary Skills: The main technologies or capabilities for this specific role.
- Target Role: The job title you are aiming for with this skillset.
- Resume: A dedicated resume file tailored to this career path.
Creating a Skillset
- Go to your Profile.
- Click the "Add Skillset" button.
- Upload Resume: You can upload a PDF (max 1MB). Our AI will scan it to automatically suggest skills.
- Refine Skills: Add or remove tags to best represent your expertise for this specific role.
Resume Parsing
When you upload a resume to a skillset, our AI analyzes it to:
- Extract contact information.
- Identify key hard and soft skills.
- Suggest improvements or missing keywords.
Updating Experiecne
You can edit a skillset at any time to:
- Upload a new version of your resume.
- Update your "Years of Experience" for that specific role.
- Toggle availability.
