Once you've found a role you like, applying is simple.
The Application Flow
- View Details: Click on any job card to see the full description.
- Check Match Score: Look at the score (e.g., "85% Match"). This is calculated based on your currently selected Skillset.
- Click Apply: Hit the "Apply Now" button.
- Confirm: The system will confirm your application using the resume attached to your active Skillset.
- Submit: Once confirmed, your application is sent directly to the recruiter.
